CRNA Tracker is built to help applicants compare programs faster, not replace official school guidance. Every school page should be treated as a planning aid until the applicant confirms the final requirement, cost, and deadline with the program.

Who publishes CRNA Tracker

CRNA Tracker Research Team publishes the program research and applicant-planning tools on this site. CRNA Tracker content is produced by its research team. The owner is not represented as a nurse, CRNA, admissions officer, or clinician.

CRNA Tracker is independent from the schools it lists and is not an accrediting authority. Official program, university, COA, government, and other named primary sources remain controlling.

Researched data

Structured program facts retain their source, record-update context, field-level verification date when available, and conflict state. “Record updated” is not presented as independent verification.

Applicant tools

Calculators, comparisons, and plans organize applicant-entered facts and published program thresholds. They do not predict admission, eligibility, or outcomes.

Clinical review

Applicant-planning content is not clinical guidance. Clinical review is shown only when a real, consented reviewer has approved a defined scope and that review remains current.

How content is produced

Start with a distinct applicant question or a canonical program record.
Capture material claims from current official or authoritative primary sources.
Preserve unknown, stale, inferred, and conflicting states instead of filling gaps.
Use structured checks for source freshness, duplication, accessibility, schema, links, and build integrity.
Publish organization-authored research; show a named reviewer only when consent, credentials, scope, evidence, approval, and expiration checks all pass.

Structured data checks and automation may identify changes, compare source fields, or prepare a draft. Automation does not turn an unverified claim into a verified fact, and unsupported claims fail closed.

Dates and material changes

Record updated: When CRNA Tracker’s stored record changed. It is not automatically a source verification.
Verified: When a field was checked against the linked evidence.
Material update: A change to a controlling deadline, requirement, cost, source, conclusion, or applicant action—not a cosmetic edit.

Material corrections update the visible fact and its evidence state, invalidate affected generated drafts, and flow to the next sitemap/change-discovery run. Historical timestamps are not silently rewritten.

Weekly reconciliation

Program records are reviewed on a rolling basis through a weekly reconciliation workflow. We show the last recorded update date where available, and applicants should verify critical requirements, costs, and deadlines on the official program site before acting.

Sources

School records are compiled from public program pages, official admissions pages, COA accreditation context where applicable, and school-published cost or catalog information. When sources conflict, the official program page is treated as the primary source for applicant-facing requirements.

Evidence-gated search pages

CRNA Tracker does not publish every possible school-and-attribute combination. Program profiles, state decisions, and curated requirement comparisons must clear a publication score based on verified fact coverage, distinct applicant intent, unique decision value, source freshness, conflict status, duplication risk, and meaningful internal-link support.

Missing official sources, conflicting evidence, stale verification, thin answers, or canonical collisions are hard blockers. A page that does not qualify is omitted from generated inventory where possible, otherwise marked noindex and excluded from structured data and the sitemap until its evidence improves.

Reconciliation and unknown values

The weekly reconciliation workflow identifies source changes and records review work; it does not mean every field was independently reconfirmed that week. When a program does not publish a requirement or the source is ambiguous, CRNA Tracker labels the field unknown or needing verification rather than treating it as “not required.”

Applicant experiences and aggregate claims

Testimonials require recorded permission, an attribution preference, and staff approval. Aggregate behavior or outcome claims require an approved methodology and a minimum sample size. A revoked record is removed from public output.

Correction workflow

Corrections are reviewed against official school sources before the school record is updated. The fastest correction includes the school name, field that changed, official URL, and the exact value shown by the program.
