Privacy Policy

CRNA Tracker collects the information you provide to create an account, personalize recommendations, and send product-related notifications.

This may include your email address, basic profile details, saved schools, application preferences, and subscription status. If you connect Discord, we use that connection to support login and alert delivery.

We use service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Resend, and Whop to operate the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Peer sharing is optional and user initiated. Referral links use a random code and campaign labels, never your school list, plan, profile answers, name, or email. Email and text sharing open your device's composer; CRNA Tracker does not receive the recipient's contact information.

We may retain organizational contact details that the organization has already published. Resource tracking codes do not identify applicants or represent an endorsement.

Optional Meta measurement is disabled unless you make an explicit choice and CRNA Tracker has approved the applicable jurisdiction and lawful basis. If enabled, we limit events to public-page visits and broad product milestones. We do not send transcript or course content, GPA, ICU experience, certifications, school choices, recommendation results, essays, interview content, personal deadlines, names, raw email addresses, or free text. A Global Privacy Control signal prevents this measurement.

You can reopen “Privacy choices” to withdraw permission. Withdrawal stops future browser and server delivery and suppresses pending events. Measurement delivery records are retained for up to 90 days; denied or withdrawn consent records are deleted after 30 days. Account deletion removes profile-linked measurement records. CRNA Tracker does not upload customer-list audiences without a separate legal and consent review.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Continued use of CRNA Tracker after updates means you accept the revised policy.
